Terms and conditions

Placing an order with lemonybird means you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions given below.

Currently lemonybird only accepts UK orders – if you are based outside of the UK please contact me with your proposed order and this will be considered on a individual basis.

Standard order despatch is within 2-4 working days (excludes Sunday) however where possible orders will be despatched next day (except Sunday) If you require your order urgently then please email info@lemonybirdmakes.co.uk and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Where specified items will be sent via Royal Mail, otherwise a courier service will be used and you will be notified who will be delivering your order once it has been despatched.

I cannot be held responsible for any delays on deliveries which are beyond my control – however I will do my best to intervene where possible to find a suitable solution.

lemonybird will deliver orders to the supplied address and does not accept any responsibility if this is given incorrectly.

All orders will be carefully packaged: cards in all board envelopes or boxes, all other items will be protected and packaged accordingly for shipping.

If you commission lemonybird you will be in direct contact with the artist and delivery/cost will be discussed and agreed accordingly.

All commissions will be priced individually taking into account the materials required and the time to complete the request – a quotation will be provided once all details are given.

Only once all information is confirmed and payment has been received work will commence on a commission. All commission are bespoke and therefore at the time of confirmation of details an agreed despatch/delivery date will be set.

Payment is accepted by PayPal only, you can make credit card payments via PayPal, see their login page for further details. Bank transfers can be considered only for commission based work.

Returns/refunds are not currently accepted – however should your order arrive damaged please contact me, providing photographic evidence, where the situation will be assessed and considered on a individual basis.

Please feel free to ask as many questions, no matter how insignificant they seem, before placing an order to avoid any disappointment or difficult situations.
